Visitor Visa / Tourist Visa

A visitor visa is also commonly known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). It is an official document that shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada.

Almost all travelers need a visitor visa to travel to Canada. You will also require it if you are transiting through a Canadian airport on your way to the final destination.

Applicants can apply for a visitor/tourist visa by both the medium Online and Offline.

How long can one stay?

Visitors can stay in Canada for up to 6 months in Canada.

At the time of entry, the border service officer may allow you to stay less or more than the defined time period of 6 months.
